TC is an enthusiastic bicycle retail veteran with over 20 years of experience in the bicycle outdoor industry! After managing a shop in Northern Jersey, he made the exciting move to Milford, Pennsylvania in 2012 to take over Action Bikes and Outdoor. TC passion for all things cycling shines through, and he also loves to kayak, SUP, hike, camp, XC ski, snowshoe, and snowboard! Above all, he cherishes the time spent with his wonderful wife Megan and their two adventurous kids, Indie and Boone!

Xavier is an enthusiastic cyclist and a passionate employee! He thrives in the outdoors, always seeking thrilling. Whether it's kayaking, camping, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, hiking, or biking, he's constantly discovering the amazing experiences that nature has to offer. Xavier loves sharing his passion for these sports with others, and when he's not at Action Bikes, you can bet he's out exploring the wild!

Meet Mike, our outdoor enthusiast! From a young age, he’s been embracing every adventure that comes his way. When he's not at Action Bikes, you'll find him out listening to live music, creating unforgettable memories on the water, and with his family and friends. And don’t forget his trusty companion, Baxter—pictured in front of the kayak! Mike truly embodies the spirit of adventure!

Meet Kyle, the single speed MTB extraordinaire! He’s been tearing up the trails since he was just 5 years old and has dedicated an impressive 15 years to the bike industry. When he’s not out conquering the mountains on his bike, you can catch him paddling on his paddleboard, kayaking, fishing, or enjoying the great outdoors while camping!

Carissa grew up chasing adventure in the local mountains where her love for the outdoors took root. After some time out of the saddle, her passion for riding roared back and gets stronger every year. These days she's happiest outside cruising trails, grinding gravel, paddleboarding, skiing, teaching yoga, camping or trying to surf. At ABO, her goal is to craft events that build community and inspire others to find their next adventure. 

After catching a glimpse of some adventurous mountain bikers tearing up the trail and clearly having a blast, inspiration hit Russell like a bolt of lightning! He rushed out and bought a bike the very next day, and he hasn’t looked back since. If he isn't at the shop, you can bet he’s out there zooming down a trail, living his best life and loving every moment!
