Action’s Basic Tune keeps your bike operating properly! Whether you’re preparing for a race or a weekend ride, this service covers the essential adjustments required to keep you bike running smooth and safely.
- Safety check of all components
- Wipe down and inspection of the frame, rims and hubs
- Inspection and lubrication of the drivetrain
- Lubrication of all cables
- Adjustment of brakes and gears
- Adjustment of headset and hubs
- Tighten stem and bottom bracket
- True wheels (wheel damage may be additional)
- Test Ride upon completion

If you love your bike and ride it often, the Full-Tune is for you! The Full Tune includes everything listed in the basic tune up PLUS the following services:
- Drivetrain cleaning and lubrication
- New cables and housing for front and rear derailleur and brake systems (parts additional)
- Major frame cleaning and inspection
- Bottom bracket and crankset overhaul
- Replacing chain and cassette if needed
- Re-taping bars if necessary

Complete Overhaul – $224.99
Bikes purchase at ABO after 2008 – $194.99
The Complete Overhaul is the most in-depth service package available. This service will make your bike look and function like new. The bike is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned and then reassembled with new cables and housing. Hubs are disassembled, cleaned and re-greased, with bearings and races inspected for wear. A major drivetrain cleaning, bottom bracket and crankset overhaul and complete headset rebuild are all included in the Overhaul.
The Overhaul includes everything in the Full-tune PLUS the following services:
- Complete headset overhaul
- Complete overhaul of front and rear hubs
- Removal, cleaning and re-greasing of all fastening bolts
- Frame inspection and alignment if necessary
- Complete frame and component detailing
- Free installation of any replacement parts
