TC Crawford
TC is an 11-year bicycle retail veteran having previously managed the Hackettstown, NJ location of Marty’s Reliable Cycle from its inception in 2006 to its recent move into a new location. TC loves anything that involves bicycles and has always dreamed of owning his own shop. While he loves to ride the road, his true passion is mountain bike riding. He has completed the Trans Andes Challenge in 2012 and La Ruta de Los Conquistadores twice!
Jeff Lau
Jeff, a 20+ year veteran of the commercial real estate and finance industries and a long-time cycling enthusiast, will be a Principal in the new shop and will focus on e-commerce activities, co-coordinating group events, bike fittings and customer service.
Jeff enjoys road riding and spending fall weekends racing on the local PA/NJ cyclocross circuit.
Rich Dwyer
Rich grew up in New York and raced BMX and ATVs. He is an outdoor enthusiast and an avid cyclist. He came to Action in 2012, after working at a shop in
Wilkes Barre, PA for three years.
Rob DePaolis
Rob is the Co-Director of the annual Tour de Force 9/11 memorial ride that takes 250 riders from New York City to Washington, DC. Rob is also the Vice President of the NY, NJ and PA based I3 triathalon club.
